How the data is collected and ordered
- Collection
- A crawler checks each source's public listings and feeds about every 15 minutes and stores the new posts.
- Ordering
- In the community feed, "Popular" lists the posts with the most upvotes first (newest first when tied) and "Latest" lists them by posting time. YouTube can be ordered by views or by upload time.
- Deleted posts
- For some sources, such as Blind, TrafficScent checks whether the original post was deleted and removes it from the list.
- App and game rankings
- The charts are taken as the stores publish them. TrafficScent does not recalculate ranks; picking a category shows that category's own chart from rank 1.
- AI benchmarks
- Figures published by Artificial Analysis (artificialanalysis.ai), shown with the date they were taken. TrafficScent does not run these measurements itself.

What is TrafficScent?
TrafficScent is a real-time trend radar for popular posts from 50+ Korean and global communities, trending YouTube videos, news from major outlets, app and game rankings, and AI model benchmarks. The original content stays on each site; TrafficScent shows the listings and links to the source.
Which sites does it cover?
Korean communities such as FM Korea, Blind, DC Inside, Ruliweb, Quasarzone, Ppomppu, Clien, Inven, Bobaedream, TheQoo and MLBPARK, and global ones such as Reddit, Hacker News, 5ch and PTT. News comes from outlets such as KBS, MBC, YTN, Yonhap and the business dailies.
How are posts ordered?
In the community feed, "Popular" shows the posts with the most upvotes first (newest first when tied), and "Latest" orders them by posting time. YouTube can be ordered by views or by upload time.
How often is the data updated?
A crawler checks each source about every 15 minutes, and a banner offers a refresh when new posts arrive. App and game charts are fetched from the stores on a regular schedule.
What happens to deleted posts and broken links?
For some sources, such as Blind, TrafficScent checks whether the original post was deleted and removes it from the list. For other sources a deleted post can stay listed for a while.
Where do the AI benchmark figures come from?
From Artificial Analysis (artificialanalysis.ai): the intelligence index, output speed and cost per task of language models, and the rankings of image, video and audio models, shown with the date they were taken. TrafficScent does not measure them itself; the source site has the latest figures.
How are the app and game rankings decided?
TrafficScent takes the charts that Google Play, the Apple App Store and Steam publish for each country. It does not recalculate them; picking a category shows that category's own chart.
Which languages are supported?
Korean, English, Japanese and Traditional Chinese. Use the language menu at the top right, or add ?lang=en, ?lang=ja or ?lang=tw to the address.
